Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ToolEleven (tooleleven.com), including the free AI Website Doctor and AI YouTube Analyst reports, the paid AI Consultant and Agency subscriptions, and the associated workspace, chat, and export features. By using ToolEleven, you agree to these terms.

1. What ToolEleven is

ToolEleven is an AI-powered analysis and consulting service. We generate reports and recommendations about publicly available websites and YouTube channels using automated analysis and large language models. ToolEleven is not a human consultant, and its output — however specific or confident it reads — is AI-generated guidance, not professional advice.

2. Free and paid access

Anyone can generate a free report for a website or YouTube channel without creating an account. Continued features — unlimited re-analysis, AI Consultant chat, competitor tracking, fixes generation beyond the first free use, and workspace history — require a paid subscription (Consultant or Agency plan, billed monthly through our payment processor, Paddle).

You may analyze any publicly accessible website or YouTube channel, including ones you do not own, for informational purposes. You're responsible for how you use the resulting report — including with respect to any third party whose site or channel you analyze.

3. Accounts

You need an account to save reports, access a workspace, or subscribe. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when creating one.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record — Paddle handles billing, tax, and payment security. See our refund policy for cancellation and refund terms.
• Each plan has a project limit (Free: 1, Consultant: 3, Agency: 15 active projects). We may introduce additional plans or adjust limits, with notice for existing subscribers.
• Prices are subject to change; we'll notify active subscribers before any change takes effect on their next billing cycle.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use ToolEleven to:

• Analyze private, password-protected, or non-public content without authorization
• Attempt to overwhelm, scrape, or abuse our analysis systems (automated bulk requests, bots)
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label our reports as your own work product without a plan that permits it (Agency plan permits white-label export for your own client work)
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual property

You own the rights to reports generated for sites or channels you control, subject to your plan's export/usage terms. ToolEleven retains rights to its underlying technology, prompts, scoring methodology, and platform.

8. Termination

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including abusive use that degrades service for others. Cancelling keeps your saved reports viewable but stops new re-analysis, chat, and fixes generation beyond your remaining plan tier.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

ToolEleven is provided "as is." We don't guarantee any specific business outcome (growth, revenue, subscriber count) from following our recommendations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolEleven is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers.
