Who we share data with

Anthropic (Claude)

ToolEleven's report analysis, chat, and fixes generation are powered by Anthropic's Claude models. The data you submit for analysis (site/channel content) and, for paid users, your chat messages are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. Anthropic acts as a data processor for this purpose — see Anthropic's privacy policy.

Google / YouTube Data API

For YouTube channel analysis, we retrieve publicly available channel and video data through YouTube's Data API. This is limited to data YouTube already makes public (titles, descriptions, thumbnails, public statistics) — we do not access private YouTube account data or require you to connect your own YouTube account.

Paddle (payments)

Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record for all paid subscriptions. Paddle collects and processes your billing information directly — we receive confirmation of your subscription status but never your full payment details. See Paddle's privacy policy.

ApiFlash (screenshots) and Google PageSpeed Insights

For Website Doctor reports, we use ApiFlash to capture a screenshot of the analyzed page, and Google's PageSpeed Insights API for real performance data. Both operate only on the public URL you submit.

What we don't do

Data retention

Reports are stored to power your workspace, score history, and re-analysis comparisons. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Free/anonymous reports (no account) may be periodically removed after an extended period of inactivity.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us through tooleleven.com to exercise these rights.

Cookies

We use a local browser identifier (owner token) to let you access reports you generated before creating an account, and standard session cookies for logged-in accounts. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page as the product evolves and note the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers.
